Currently what Sourcemarts Property is offering is a part-time Gig to any person looking to work in the property industry.

This means you can do your current work/job and should we have a new listing in your area or surrounding you will be required to go and showcase the listing to potential buyers (This does not happen often, but when it does, you will be required ).

• This means that for every property Sold by us which you have been involved in, you will get a commission when the deal is closed.
• Now should you help find a buyer for any of our listed property, You automatically qualify for a commission.
• Should you bring a new listing to the fold and it gets sold through us, you also automatically qualify for a commission.
• The commission is not fixed and will vary from one deal to another.

So basically your job will be to become our representative in your area.

1. Arrange a house viewing with potential buyers at the seller’s discretion.
2. Find homes for sale in your area and ask the owners if we can help remarket it 
3. Be on the lookout for property buyers 

NB: Promoting, It’s mandatory to Follow, Like, and share our pages, website, and property listing. And should someone buy through any of your promotions you get a commission also.
